Client Satisfaction

November 2022

Last year, our service users completed the Service User Survey. This year, our service users completed the Quality Review Form. These two forms are being completed in rotation. The reasoning behind the rotation is to not overwhelm our clients, due to the vast length of both surveys. 


The survey consists of statements which clients can respond with ‘never’, ‘rarely’, ‘mostly’ and ‘always’.
