What is it like working at Crystal Caring Limited?

September/October 2022 Results

In September and October, we conducted a short survey with our employees in order to determine how we have improved, what we are doing well at and how we could improve in the future.       

 

We asked our employees what they enjoyed most about working for Crystal Caring Limited.

The majority of the answers said ’everything’. However, more specifically ‘my co-workers’; ‘seeing my clients’; ‘support from the office’ and ‘making people’s day’. 



We asked our employees what they would like to see from Crystal Caring Limited in 2022/2023.  The majority of answers  said they wanted more employee-employee interaction for singles runs.

Feedback and Actions

70% of our employees stated that they wanted to receive more feedback on their performance.

Three-monthly supervisions

We provide our employees with feedback in supervisions, which occur every three months. We will increase this where necessary to meet the demand for more feedback.

Spot-check email

Tamera (MD) will email employees after their spot-check has been carried out to enable them to have a more detailed and personalized review of their performance. This is a new idea which we are trialing.

Opportunity to request feedback

Employees now have the facilities to request feedback privately via email and to ask any general queries to management. 

We're now a Disability Confident Employer.
