Tam is a people person; naturally possessing great communication skills and a friendly nature. 

As Managing Director of Crystal Caring Limited she takes great pride in her work and finds great pleasure in making a difference to her client’s and their families lives.

Tara has been working in care for 15 years. 

When creating the copmany we wanted  to make a diffence in care community. 

"My mum had parkisons which made we want to be a carer."

Tara and Tam wanted to build the compay like a family, with the clients at the full front of the company.

Care Co-ordinator 

Kim has worked for crystal caring for  nearly 2 years  in november.  Kim is a big part of our team.

Kim  was our apprentice.  Has worked her way up to become a care co-ordinator. Kim works alongside management and carers. Kim deals with our social media pages and website.
